Missionaries to Guyana
Tony, Darah and Jackson Varga
ATGO Ministries (All Tribes Gospel Outreach) is a faith based, donor supported ministry which began in the Navajo Nation's capital. Our family served for three years on the Navajo reservation, Tony as a medi-vac pilot, helping fly our Navajo friends to better health care facilities; while the whole family served the community by sharing natural health remedies through recurring health fairs, healthy cooking classes and depression recovery seminars. We also regularly setup a booth at the local flea market to share health and Gospel materials with the community. During the winter we worked to deliver wood, and heating supplies for families who were not able to provide this for themselves. There is now a church which began in the Navajo Nation's capital which sits on 3 acres of deeded land, which began as a result from these and other outreach efforts. The needs are still great on the Navajo Reservation and we continue to stay updated in ways we can help, please let us know if you would like to donate your time and efforts in this field!
In July of 2019 we answered a call to serve in South America, and are now living and serving in Bethany Village, Guyana, South America; where Tony is flying mission flights to bring patients from remote villages into larger cities for treatment; and transporting goods and supplies to various mission outposts within Guyana, with the ultimate goal of doing our part to help spread the Gospel throughout Guyana. We are serving with Guyana Adventist Ministries and Services (GAMAS) in our efforts there.
We work by faith, trusting God to supply all of our needs as well as the needs of those we serve. If you are interested in learning more about the ongoing work on the Navajo reservation or the current needs of the people in Guyana, please let us know!
